1/2 cup Brown Rice (cooked)
4 ozs Salmon Fillet (cooked, chopped)
1 Avocado (chopped)
1/4 Cucumber (chopped)
1 Sweet Potato ("toast" )
1 tsp Soy Sauce
Into a serving bowl, spoon brown rice. Top with chopped salmon, avocado and some sweet potato "toast".
Drizzle with soy sauce.
