1 Avocado (halved)
4 ozs Salmon Fillet (cooked, chopped)
1/4 cup Organic Salsa
1 cup Mixed Greens
2 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup Brown Rice (cooked)
Top half of an avocado with chopped salmon and salsa. Serve over chopped greens tossed with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper; with a side of brown rice.
