Salmon & "Three Sisters" Salad

Ingredients

4 ozs Salmon Fillet (cooked)

1/4 cup Corn

1/4 Tomato (chopped)

1/2 cup Black Beans

1 stalk Green Onion (chopped)

2 tosps Cilantro ((chopped

1/2 Avocado (chopped)

1 cup Mixed Greens

2 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

Directions

In a bowl, tossed together chopped salmon, corn, tomatoes, black beans, green onion, fresh cilantro or parsley, avocado and greens. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar.
