Her background is in research and development in the agricultural industry. After graduating with a degree in animal science and nutrition, she passionately worked towards early education of illness in the dairy industry striving for positive change in animal longevity and decreasing the overuse of antibiotics.

Her focus shifted to human nutrition that she entered the health industry with a fascination in behavior change and positive psychology.
