1 quart Organic Chicken Broth
2 Carrot (sliced)
5 ozs Chicken Breast, Cooked (shredded)
1 cup Brown Rice (cooked)
Bring chicken broth or stock to a boil, add sliced carrots and simmer until softened.Add shredded chicken, cooked brown rice, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Stir in chopped fresh parsley or dill before serving.
