3 stalks Celery (chopped)
4 oz Chicken Breast, Cooked (chopped)
1 Apple (chopped)
5 leaves Romaine Lettuce (chopped)
1/4 cup Toasted Walnuts (chopped)
3 Tbsp Paleo Mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste
In a bowl, toss together chopped celery, chicken, apple, romaine, and toasted walnuts with a small amount of salt, pepper and paleo mayonnaise.
