1/2 cup Snow Peas (sliced)
1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
1 cup Mixed Greens
1/2 Avocado (diced)
1 cup Quinoa (cooked)
2 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsps Soy Sauce
